Medical Care for Haiti

In mid-February, after the end of the emergency aid phase, the Johanniter established a longer-term presence in the city of Léogâne. From there, staff members have been working to coordinate aid for the local population.

Sabine Hekking: New Chairwoman of Johanniter International

Sabine Hekking from the Netherlands has been elected new Chairwoman of Johanniter International. At the 10^th Annual General Assembly Meeting in Budapest from 8-9 May, her predecessor Hans-Peter von Kirchbach handed over all official functions.
